Phase 1:
We start by helping you select the right base product for your project. Choosing from our range of proven solutions allows us to guide you through a tailored design process that ensures accurate pricing and strategic direction. This foundation not only aligns with your brand identity but also highlights what makes you stand out from the competition.
Design Development
Phase 2:
With your foundation selected, we'll guide you through one of two paths:
Option 1: Artwork Transfer
We adapt your existing artwork to fit your chosen base, ensuring all content aligns perfectly with the new dimensions and specifications.
Option 2: Design Enhancement
We collaborate with you to refine or reimagine your current design, optimizing for material properties, finishes, and user experience to maximize visual impact and functionality.
This phase is critical—decisions made here directly affect pricing accuracy and timeline reliability in the subsequent phases. Any delays or changes during design development will extend your overall project timeline.
Procurement & Quoting
Phase 3:
With your foundation and design finalized, we'll provide quotes based on your preferred sourcing path:
Option 1: Domestic Sourcing
We partner with U.S.-based vendors to meet your timeline, finish, and quantity requirements. This option offers faster turnaround but typically requires higher minimum order quantities (MOQ) and comes at a premium price point.
Option 2: International Sourcing
We work with overseas manufacturers to optimize cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality standards. This route features lower MOQs and includes either air or sea freight options. Lead times are longer but pricing is more competitive.
Once we enter Phase 3, no design edits or adjustments are possible. Any changes requested after this point will incur additional fees and extend your timeline. Please ensure all design decisions are finalized in Phase 2.

Production & Project Management
Phase 4:
With your foundation, design, and pricing approved, we move into production with full transparency. You'll receive a detailed timeline and regular updates throughout the manufacturing process. If any issues arise that could impact your delivery date, we'll immediately notify you and present creative solutions to keep your project on track while respecting your deadlines and constraints.
